  • How much is delivery?

    Our standard delivery charge is £12 and will be applied automatically at checkout.

    You can choose a delivery slot during checkout: morning (8am–11am), afternoon (12pm–3pm), or evening (6pm–8pm). Deliveries will arrive at any time within your selected window.

  • What if I'm not in?

    If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left in your designated safe place. You can specify this safe place during checkout. Please note that under UK law, perishable products cannot be returned. Once the package has been left in your safe place, we cannot accept responsibility for it.

  • How do you deliver?

    Our products require careful handling due to their delicate nature. As a result, we ensure safe delivery by hand.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We provide delivery throughout Central Cambridge and surrounding areas, ensuring your grazing boards arrive fresh and elegantly presented. If you have questions about specific locations or delivery options, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

  • How should I store my product once it’s delivered?

    Your grazing product will arrive chilled. If you plan to enjoy it right away, allow it to come to room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If not, pop it in the fridge until ready to serve. They can be safely enjoyed for up to 2 days after delivery.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    We require at least 5 working days to process all online orders (excluding events) from the time of order to delivery. At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery dates and times. Please note that your preferred delivery date may not always be available. For larger orders, such as events, we require a few weeks’ notice depending on the size and complexity.

  • There's a problem with my delivery

    If there’s an issue with your delivery or you are unsatisfied with the product you’ve received, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We allow cancellations within 24 hours of booking. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

    We do not accept returns on any of our products, as they are made fresh to order with perishable ingredients. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
