Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Central Cambridge and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.

How much do you charge?
Our prices vary depending on the product and are all listed on our website. The delivery fee for online orders is £15, as they are delivered fresh, by hand, on the day they are made.

What’s included?
No matter the size, every one of our grazing options includes a selection of delicious cheeses and delicate meats, paired with the freshest ingredients like fruits (fresh and dried), vegetables, nuts, and crackers to complete your spread.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online. At checkout, you’ll be able to select from the available delivery dates and times. Each board is prepared fresh on the day of delivery to ensure the highest quality.

How should I store my product once it’s delivered?
Your grazing product will arrive chilled. If you plan to enjoy it right away, allow it to come to room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If not, pop it in the fridge until ready to serve. They can be safely enjoyed for up to 2 days after delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We require at least 2 days to process all online orders (excluding events) from the time of order to delivery. At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery dates and times. Please note that your preferred delivery date may not always be available. For larger orders, such as events, we require a few weeks’ notice depending on the size and complexity.

If there’s an issue with your delivery or you are unsatisfied with the product you’ve received, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt.

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of booking. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
